Installed FC4 with vim-x11, development tools, development libraries, web server, and system tools enabled.

Rebooted machine and ran first boot program which is automatic. Set the firewall to accept SSH, HTTP, HTTPS, 389, 139.

Reboot machine again and edit the following files:

/etc/inittab
/etc/profile.d/vim.sh
/etc/bashrc

Log out and log back in

Configure unneeded daemons

Configure Smartd

Reboot machine so only necessary services are running

Install apt-get

Configure LDAP

Configure Samba

Install and Configure smbldap-tools
